An event floral design company

Responsibilities includeDesign and creation of table arrangements, hanging installations, archways, flower walls, wreathes, bouquets, wearable florals and other event décor based on the vision and budget of each client. Other responsibilities include writing project proposals, execution planning, materials purchasing, delivery, décor installation, and teaching design techniques to new designers.                  

Freelance Installation Artist 

Detroit, MI – May 2019 to Present

Design and creation of installation art pieces for residential and commercial spaces

Responsibilities include – Customer service, design consultation, quote preparation, development of job plan, material selection and procurement, artwork installment, managing a small crew of artists, post event artwork removal and clean up, materials storage and maintenance.

Freelance House Painter 

Detroit, MI – Jan 2022 to Present

Painting for interior residential and commercial spaces and specialty paint work

Responsibilities include – Initial walk through and job assessment, customer service, color consultation, quote preparation, development of job plan, material selection and procurement, consulting with suppliers on industry best practices and new materials, mudding and repairs of drywall and plaster, preparation and painting of interiors, organizing outside contractors for larger repair work, managing a small crew of painters. Specialty work includes design and painting of murals and repair of existing murals.
