The Detroit Tango Collective hosted Argetentine tango quartet El Cachivache at Detroit’s Jam Handy for Halloween of 2021. I had the pleasure of decorating the event including stage and entry décor. In addition to the floral, I used two plasma cut steel skeleton sculptures I created in 2020 for the stage. I added lights and wooden backing to the sculptures for the event. I’ve used these skeletons in several pieces so far and love how versatile they are and continue to evolve with each project they’re included in.
